# EntityWatch > EntityWatch monitors official European business registries for the companies you do business with > and alerts you when their status, ownership, directors, address or sanctions exposure changes. > Every alert links to the source filing, and the full history exports as an audit trail. Operated by AddonNordic ApS (CVR 46495985), Denmark. All data processing happens in the EU. ## Coverage Beneficial ownership (PSC) monitoring: United Kingdom only. Not available in Ireland, the Netherlands or Germany. This is a legal restriction, not a missing feature: following the 2022 EU Court of Justice ruling on public access to beneficial ownership registers, those national registers are open only to obliged entities and authorities, and cannot be reached by a monitoring service. No competitor can offer it there either. Director change monitoring: United Kingdom (filed history) and Denmark (register compared on every check). Ownership structure through parent companies: United Kingdom and Denmark (in Denmark this is legal ownership from the CVR owner register, not the beneficial ownership register). The Netherlands and Germany are not otherwise covered. Sanctions screening works in every country, because it is list-based. Status, address and sanctions monitoring per country: see the full table. Possible matches are routed to human review with the underlying record attached; the determination stays with the customer. It does not offer beneficial-ownership alerts outside the United Kingdom. It does not infer data that a register does not publish.
